Standardize US and Canadian phone numbers

The North America phone formatter ensures numbers follow a standardized format: (aaa) ppp-nnnn x0000. Keeping this field clean and as error-free as possible helps sales reps, auto-dialers, and tools that use a phone number for data analysis. If a number is less than ten characters, the number will not be formatted so that no data is lost.
